If you have not already done so, please contact us to discuss renewing your current lease 75 days prior to the lease expiration date. If you choose to vacate the property at the end of the current term, you are required to notify us, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the end of your lease term as stated in your lease agreement.
In the event you decide to terminate your tenancy with Changing Latitudes Real Estate & Property Management, at the end of your lease, please remember to give your written “Notice To Vacate”, as stated in your Lease Contract, a minimum of thirty (60) days prior to the expiration date of your current Lease Contract. All 60-day notices to vacate must be in writing. You must also abide by all other terms and conditions as stated in the Lease Contract or as directed by Changing Latitudes Real Estate & Property Management until the lease has officially been terminated.
