Provide ID and Proof of Income
Each adult occupant must provide proof of identity by emailing a valid unexpired government issued I.D. with the address of the property you're applying for in the subject line to [email protected] along with proof of income.

Pet Screening
Everyone must fill out pet screening application with or without pets.

Fill Out Application(s)
All adult occupants, 18 or older, must submit a residency application. Each applicant must enter a different email address on their application. Credit and background checks are done online.

Check Your Email
We will email you a secure link to authorize your credit and background check.

Wait for approval
IF APPROVED, we will email you a document stating so with instructions on how to move forward.

Pay the Processing Fee
AFTER APPROVAL, pay the one-time processing fee.
