These are all legitimate questions, but we’re here to assure you that when you rent with Changing Latitudes Property Management, we promise to do everything that we can to ensure that you have a smooth ride during your stay with us.
We will ensure that your property is in top-notch showing condition and that it is marketed and promoted to the broadest audience. Our goal is to generate the best return for your investment.
Simple Fee Structure
We avoid ancillary fees related to and inherent to managing your property - our marketing expenses, resident processing costs, and daily operations are built into our simplified fee structure...not extra. We understand that savvy investors operate from a budget, so we keep the cost of our services transparent and honest.
No Nickel and Diming
We work closely with our 3rd-party contractors to ensure the best pricing for you. We guarantee no ‘nickel and diming.’ If problems or maintenance issues arise, our team will keep costs to a minimum while considering the best solutions for your home. We never upcharge on any maintenance or repair invoices.
We promise to always respond to you, prospective renters, and current renters in a timely manner and are always happy to answer any questions that you may have.
We look at four categories during the application process: credit history, criminal history, current/past mortgage or rental payment history and income verification.
Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.
At Changing Latitudes Property Management, residents will enjoy exclusive access to our secure online portal. Through a user-created log-in, the Resident Portal provides 24/7 connectivity.
We promise to respond to your requests in a timely manner to ensure your happiness and safety. To start, we provide a 24-hour maintenance line for emergency issues. For less pressing matters, our team will respond with one business day to any of your other requests.
