Born in the South Carolina Lowcountry, James grew up on the Gulf coast in Sarasota, relocated to Gainesville for several years, and has since been living in Central Florida. Already offering a wealth of experiential knowledge, James fosters a growth mindset to continuously educate himself on current affairs and market trends, assuring that his clients are best advised and their interests are best served. James offers clear, concise, and quick communication. Real estate transactions have the potential to be chaotic and stressful.
James takes pride in managing and navigating any challenges and difficulties that may arise for his clients. This allows you to relax and enjoy all of the positive aspects of the process, such as the excitement of purchasing your first home, embarking on a new chapter with fresh beginnings, realizing equity and creating wealth.
Away from work, James enjoys strength and conditioning training, expanding his palate with new restaurants and foods (and tacos, always tacos), as well as grounding himself in nature via hiking, kayaking, days at the beach and trips to the mountains. He is a certified scuba diver and an aspiring-to-be licensed skydiver.
Moving forward, James is eager to both contribute to and learn from the real estate industry while transforming the lives of those he works with, and create lasting and personal connections with those around him.
