Based in the Philippines, Keith supports the Changing Latitudes Property Management team with a variety of day-to-day tasks. His responsibilities include tenant communication, leasing coordination, processing applications, preparing lease agreements, managing renewals, handling maintenance requests, and assisting with move-ins and move-outs. With a background in accounting, he helps keep records organized and ensures important details don’t fall through the cracks.
Keith also supports the brokerage team with onboarding new agents and setting up their tools and systems when needed. He works closely with different departments to help keep operations running smoothly.
