Meet Melissa Minyard, your favorite Orlando real estate agent and queen of the quirky features. Melissa grew up in Orlando and spent nearly 10 years in New York City where she met success with the Broadway stage, on a soap opera, (where she got to say “Excuse me, is that a dead body?”) and enjoyed touring the country performing at various venues. Once two beautiful baby girls entered the picture, she and her husband decided to move back home to Florida.
After experiencing the mortgage crisis first hand in 2009, Melissa grew determined to better understand the real estate industry for her own benefit as well as that of her future clients. This experience also renewed a belief in the importance of home ownership, both to build personal wealth and strengthen families. ‘There’s no place like home’ is not only a famous Dorothy quote, but a real-life truth.
Melissa takes joy in finding people the right home to meet their needs, and prides herself on transparency and excellent communication.
