As a resident of Waterford Lakes, I specialize in helping clients locally and throughout the surrounding East Orlando areas. With my wife and five children, I’ve planted deep roots here, giving me a strong understanding of these communities, the market, the schools, and the local businesses.
Before my real estate career, I spent my childhood on Long Island, NY. Growing up, I immersed myself in every sport I could join, which instilled discipline and drive in me. That determination led me to become a professional boxer when I moved to Florida. I turned pro and fought twice, achieving a 2-0 record with 2 knockouts. However, recurring injuries and a growing family prompted me to pivot.
I decided to go back to school, leveraging my AA in engineering to pursue a degree in mathematics. While working towards becoming a teacher and coach, I hustled by serving tables to make ends meet. During this time, I married the most incredible woman, landed a teaching job with OCPS, began a master’s degree in Math Education, and welcomed more kids into our family.
Although I loved teaching high school math, as our family grew, I realized I needed to explore a career that could better support us. While administering a final exam one day, I read Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad. That book changed everything. The following week, I dropped out of my Ph.D. program in Math Education and started a new path selling insurance and financial products.
While I obtained the necessary licenses and worked hard in that field, I hated the sales approach. I felt like “that sales guy” in a suit, putting on a front just to close deals. Thankfully, my wife and a family friend pointed me toward real estate, and I joined a local team. After four months of hard work, I made my first deal.
In my second year, I sold 18 homes, and since then, I’ve averaged 25-35 transactions annually. Real estate allowed me to find my stride while authentically serving my clients. Today, you’ll see me in jeans and sneakers, focusing on what truly matters: providing guidance, connection, education, and service to YOU.
